Default 2007 Arctic Cats

I was just doing some computer work for my local Arctic Cat dealer who happens to be a good friend of mine. After I was done we got talking about the 2007 models which he has just got a shipment of. He said he got 10 or so in so we went out and looked at them and talked about them and then he let me ride each one and put them in the garage for him. Amazing. Arctic Cat just continues to get better and better and dominate year after year after year. I rode a camo 650 H1, a dark green 650 H1 LE, a 500 TRV, and a Prowler. They are all nice quads. All of the ATVs now have side panels that extend all the way to the floorboards which is nice because my leg gets hot on my V2. The Arctic Cat engine is a great engine. I wish I had waited a few more months to buy my ATV and gotten one of these 07s. The engine runs smooth, I like the feel better than my V2. Theres just so much good that I can say about these machines. All i can say is that if you havent converted to Arctic Cat yet now is the time. Theyre better than ever and just keep getting better. Any questions or comments let me know.

Music to my ears! I have a 07' 650 H1 LE (dark green) being assembled right now. I will be picking it up on Monday. I kept the factory rims and threw a set of 25x10x12 ITP 589's on there. I didn't want to go any bigger because I'm not a mud rider by any means and I wanted my speedometer to stay almost exactly on. The speedometer may be thrown off a little with the new tires if they stand a little taller, but it will still be close. All I will do is hunt and do work around the house and the camp with thing so I didn't feel like a set of nicer rims and more expensive tires that I couldn't afford were necessary at this point. Although I have to admit, while I was shoping around trying to decide what bike to get I found myself wanting to add more and more stuff. It's definitely fun, but I feel like it got addicting! lol... What do you think about my setup and how do you think it will perform set up the way I have it???

you will be very pleased. i like the Arctic Cat engine in these babys. your setup will work great. you dont need fancy rims to do farm work and camp. im keeping mine stock and just going to paint them. i have mudlite xtr radial mud tires and theyre nice. the 589 is supposed to be a great tire as well. the tires wont be a problem. i went from 26's to 27's on mine and they work great. speedo is only off like 2-3%. no biggy. hope you like you machine. i guess i dont need to hope, i know you will. got any questions let me know, im sure i can help.

AcPower... thanks for the reply. Its nice people like yourself that sold me on Arctic Cat. Obviously you have adequate knowledge about these machines and you are pretty pleased with your fourwheeler. I have no doubt I will be completely happy with this new fourwheeler! It just took me a little longer than I thought to actually cough up 8,500 dollars on a fourwheeler when hunting season wasn't even close yet. Hunting season is almost here and the 2007's just started rolling in so it was perfect timing. I will let you guys know how I like the atv and hopefully post you guys some pics. Till then, take care and good riding!!!

Sold my 2004 400 and bought a 2007 500 a month ago. Probably was one of the first ones off the line. Noticed a big difference in power between the 400 and 500 and like the new enhancements to the 07's. eg. Bigger racks, side panels, nicer speedo, larger fuel tank, better seat latch, etc. They keep improving.

I have a 06 700 with 700 miles on it. I have checked the odometer with a gps and the odometer is a little fast. For example we took a ride that according to the odometer was 64 miles. The gps reported 58 miles. I think the odometer was set up for 26" tires originally. However the 700 came out with 25" tires. I have a hunch that if I put a set of 26" tires on it the odometer will be right on.

acpower; are you sure you rode a 2007 500 trv? because if it was 2007 it had to be a 400 or a 650 they dont make the trv in a 500 any more

youre right about the 500 TRV that was my bad. it was a 650 TRV. sorry about that. either way its a nice machine.

the 650s are amazing. the steering is light, its a better ride since 2006, amazing what they can do in a years time. i am not sure what they cost, i can find out. i got my 2006 650 V2 for 6150 with a nice 1000$ rebate. too bad that sales event is over, now i think the rebate is only like 500$. ill check into it and get back to you.
