Default How much lube in 05 V2 rear diff?

I put in about 11-12 oz, I'm not sure what it recommended and I haven't found it in the manual. It isn't all the way up to the fill hole, as I thought I remember reading that below about an inch is where it should be. It's easier to add a hair more than to take it out.

Thanks in advance.

I know I just talked to you on the phone so you heard this already, but I changed the fluid in my H1 and it took less then one bottle for both the front and back. Not much fits in there I guess.

To be exact, its 8.5 oz, or right at the threads. The front is 9.3 oz, or 1inch below threads.

V2, I have been trying to figure out where I got the info about the rear diff, whether it's at the threads or one inch below. Well, I found out; it's the shop manual. In the section called standard maintanence, it states one inch below threads for the rear diff, but in the general specifications section it states at the threads! Go figure. Mine came from the dealer at one inch below. Who knows. It would be nice if the manual was consistent.
