Keppy - I run the rear tire with 5lbs without any issues. I used the throttle too in the beginning to switch gears. Using the hand brake helped too to switch gears. It got better after 100 miles and is really good now with 300 miles.

My cousin came over and went for a afternoon ride. There are times when it shifts just fine and other time its a pain. But the dealer had said it will be that way.
The tire gauage that comes with the machine is nothing to brag about. I tried to check the tires and its junk.
It starts, runs nice most of the time but some times it don't start good after its warm. But that was another thing the dealer had said. So far what he's said has happen. He said when the 100 to 200 mile service comes up they will fine tune it more. We got out on a nice flat spot on the trail and open it up. About 40 it wanted to stall. But I'm sure they have the carb set until my first service. I'm not abusing it but it's not getting babied either. Dealer said drive it like you stole it. So far so good.
