Hi ive seen many references to the front locker mods to years 2001 and prior for the 300 AC 4+4 but ive got a 2005. I am interested in locking up the front differencial for the deeper bog holes in my area. Ive read many articals and looked at pics but none are the same as my 2005. Does anyone have any info on the front differencial lock modification for the year 2005

 

Sorry, but I think you are out of luck as far as OEM. Maybe the after market may have somthing. The older 300s were a very easy mod but they changed the dif in 2002 I think. The easy way to tell is that if you have a silver colored dif it is the old type,but if the dif is painted black, it is the new one and cant be easly modified to full locker.
