Do we all rember a former governor of minnesota named Ventura. The only smart thing he ever said is ( let the stupid people weed themselves out). Now, who is more stupid, the guy doing the jumping or the one getting jumped? Its a draw. If you lost power or blew a tire or something out of your control just as you hit that jump and land on top of the other moron laying on the ground, would it be considered an accident or murder?
