Default Extra CV boot guards

I was told by a dealer, after getting a hole in the inner rear CV boat (likely by a reasonable sharp stick) that no additional guards are available? Is this true?

Thanks.

Sticks happen, unfortunately the only thing you can do is get faster at changing boots with a little practice.

You can find steel or aluminum guards, i dont know if they offer a larger area of protection or not. Catterman has them on his H1, he would know more
