Default "Idiot Stickers" or "Why a Lawyer Needs to Ride Shot Gun?"

Good day,

Can anyone recommend a way to remove some (not all) of the legal "idiot stickers" that adorn my Arctic Cat ATV? Frankly these things (to me) are a real eye-sore and appear to adorn every piece of plastic on my machine. I'm all for safety, but I don't really need to stare at these things for the next 10 years!

Anyways, any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

I pulled mine off the day I bought my wheeler. Go to autozone and buy some bumpershock. It'll remove the adhesive of the sticker making it easier to remove.

What I did was take some grip tape type stuff (used on ski boats for when you get out of the water and step on the platform) and put that over my stickers. I know a lot of other people just use grip tape. Works great to cover up the main stickers by your knees.

A number of the "idiot" sticker on my 2005 are under the clear coat on the plastic and just are gonna come off. The stickers that aren't were gone long ago. That's why God created pressure washers.

Hey Saskabush!! Hi!
Good to see someone else from Saskatchewan
here on the Forum.

BTW,,Those stickers are a eyesore and I wish they didn't plaster them
all over the ATV.

Where do you ride?

A hair dryer will do the trick. After it comes off, take some acetone (dimethyl ketone) and a rag to remove the glue. Does the trick every time.

Just got back from a moose hunt at Meadow Lake. Normally I run the trails and hills around Battleford.

These "idiot stickers" really bother me as our machines have twice as many as the american versions due to our "two official laguages" (french/english).

BTW, thanks for the hair dryer tip! Worked great!
