Have read two reviews that talk about bad handling, how bad is it? It has the same everything but motor as the 400,500,650h1 and v2 so wouldnt they all handle bad? Im thinking of buying one, whats the worst things about it if any and what did you pay, not counting sales tax?

I dont have any handeling issues, but some people dont like the roll in a sharp turn at 40mph. Its because of the weight of the beast, but they didnt make the cats for racing. They will not out trail ride every machine, but they outwork and outhaul most

The big Cats handle perfect... in the rocks, logs, mud and boulders. If you are looking for a heavy duty quad for extremely rough terrain, then get the 700 Cat. If you are looking for a high seed, utility quad with half the ground clearance, get the Prairie 650. The 700 Cat is using the same chassis as your 03 400 but the fuel tank is in the rear which takes weight off the front end so it tends to push a little more in the corners at high speed.

I have an 06 500 coming from an 03 300 and the 500 has so much more power it does seem to push the front end. However they had different sets of stock tires. The fronts (on the 500) don't have really any "bite" more of a track tread instead of a mud dirt tread. I bet putting some swamplites on the machine will dramatically improve the handling. Overall this 500 is awesome and handles well.

So it's been a year...anything new to add to your original response? I believe the AC650s are doing quite well racing against the Can-Ams

700 I have to say lower elevation around 600ft above sea level I get a few starting problems, other than that I do know first had of top weight it can get nasty if you get in a bind it is real top heavy! Other than that it pulls fullsize trucks out of the mud! I have a DVR 400 it is for speed, this is for work and mud (now all I need is some rain here for mud!)
