GAS LEAKING ALL OVER, HELP!

Default GAS LEAKING ALL OVER, HELP!

I installed the dial a jet, and hooked everyhting back up, and when i turn it over, there is a gurgle, and gas comes pouring out of the bottom of the ATV! Any suggestions???


Update: Its coming from the overflow tube by the belt house. Any reasons why??

Float stuck or you got something assembled wrong.

If it were a float, how do fix the problem?

Take it apart again, and make sure the float moves good. That is all I can think of [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

Is the float the part i can touch with my finger through the neck of the carb in the airbox?? if so, they both move back and forth fine

Default GAS LEAKING ALL OVER, HELP!

Oh yah, this is a common problem when people install these, you need to screw the drain screw in all the way on both of them. once you do that, and no more leaks. I think it is in section 4-5... Good luck!!!

Once again Catterman, you were right on! I tightened the screws all the way in, and no more gas leaking. Thanks alot!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
