For Your Information

I bought adynatek cdi for my 06 650 v2.Finally got to use it saturday. I had 4 instances where the bike would do a half second stall (kinda like when you hit a bump and lose your grip on the throttle). Anyway, v2 rider said it was the tip sensor. Said his bike never did it and so did weez440. Called dynatek and talked to larry in tech support. He said AC used to use a really good tip sensor (about $200) now they use one that costs about $30. He said dynatek had to re-do there cdi's to correct the problem. Anyway if you have a dynatek cdi and the 7 digit number on the bottom is 1101193 that is the bad cdi. He said if you haven't had any problems you may or may not have them in the future. But I sent mine off to be replaced .Under warrenty.
