Default Heavy Duty Battery

Im looking for a more powerful battery to help run Baja Lights, the winch, and still have enough power. Any reccomendations?

Default Heavy Duty Battery

A bigger battery will not help your power draw problems over any long period of time. The charging system is only so big and should cover the lights without to much problem and still keep the battery charged. You should never run the winch without the motor running, not at idle either but at about 2000 rpms. Staring batteries are designed for short duration starting loads and not for long duration high amp loads, the charging system is suppose to cover those. I am unawre of an RV type battery for ATV.

I hear of people puttin oddicy(sp?) batteries in their cats. They seem to be happy with them....

I wanted a better battery anyway, so the Odyssey PC680 is on its way! Thanks for the replies
