Default oil leaking

Has anyone had a problem with oil leaking out of the clear bulb from the under side of the recoil and magneto area on the 650 v2? I had the timing chain looked at by a dealer because he said it had a strange noise. Well after that I picked it up and now it just leaks oil out that drainage tube with the clear bulb. I read in a shop manual that the clear bulb is for looking at to see if the water pump seal goes bad.??????????????????????
I don't know what is happening and I do not trust the dealer to take it back to them. Any suggestions?

If you are leaking oil and the manual says that is for checking the water pump seal then I would guess that the seal to seperate the water and oil is bad ...

I would take it to another dealer and see what they say .. If it turns out to be an issue that the frist dealer caused foot them with the bill...

Just my opinion....
