Default buying a plow

Hey guys. I have an 03 arctic cat 400 4x4 i was going to buy a plow for it and i was wondering if anyone knew how high the plow lifts off the front because i want to see if it will go up onto a trailer with the plow on. thanks

Depends on the incline of the trailer. You may have trouble if you are using a tilt bed snowmobile trailer, but if you are using something lower then you should be fine.

the plow on my 650 lifts really high actually. i am sure it would clear a tiltbed snowmobile trailor. if not just give it more gas [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Default buying a plow

i have 8 inches fron the ground to the wear bar for the plow. I use my winch to lift the plow as of now. Previously I used the maunal lift (hand lift) and only had about 5-6 inches. Also tightinging the front suspention to the highest setting helps with the clearence. hope this helps
