I'm fairly new to ATV's and small engines in general. Though I am fairly mechanically inclined, this little bugger has me stumped. The kids were riding the 90 one day, got off it, killed it and went in. I went out to put it up and it wouldn't start. No biggie, or so I thought. After trying for a bit, I discovered there was no spark at the plug. Ok, check wires, check plug, cleaned the magneto/flywheel? and finally got it to start. Now I went back out a day later and again, no sppark, so I went through all that again, nothing. Went to the AC dealer, got a new plug and coil, still nada. Multimeter tested the CDI, checked the kill switch and went over the wiring again, and I still have no fire. Need help figuring this one out. My son's did that in between races and it was the coil, so i replaced it with a hipercoil after market.
