I also just bought an 08 650 H1. I was wondering if anybody knows how many miles average it should get on the 6.5 gallon tank. It said i'm at like half or below and i only have 24 miles on it, any info on it would be greatly appreciated. I'm new to the Arctic cats.

Mine will do 100 miles easy on a tank. This would be riding in the hills of WV with some mud and some steep riding.

oh wow, ok thanks, I wonder if my guage is just not clicking quite yet or maybe it's something w/ the break in period but it just seems goofy right now.

I hate to say it but the gauges do not work. It bothered me at first but since the tank is so large I donot worry about fuel. If I need fuel then the others I ride with (Brute 750, Can-Am 800, Polaris 800) will be pushing theirs! A tank will last me all day if desired.

Fill it up and ride all you want for 6 to 8 hours and you will not have an issue. The H1 is not perfect but no ATV is. Enjoy it!

I've finally got some riding and the last tank i put on almost 4 gallons and only had like 32 miles, does that seem like it's burning alot? I have like 50 on the current tank and i've barely got 2 bars left sometimes it blinks on 1 bar? Anybody else have the new 08 that burns gas like that.

I have an 05 650 V2 and I get approx 90-100 mile per tank. As far as the speed goes, I have had it at 60 with 2 people on it.
Good luck trouble shooting your issues. On mine I get alot better mileage than my buddies with Polaris.
