I have the 06' 400 Auto with the 6.5 gallon tank , and the fuel gauge hasn't worked right since day one i think these type fuel gauges never work right ; i just remove the gas cap from my quad and look inside the tank and shake the quad to see how much fuel i have !

I don't know how much the 650H1 or 650V2 gets for gas mileage , but i have put 70 miles on my 400 Auto ; and it took a gallon and a 1/2 to refill the tank so i don't worry about fuel when i ride with my brothers , family and freinds i know i can go farther on a tank than they can !

And that was while i was during breakin' , they get better mileage after the first complete servicing ; oil , oil filter , air filter and valve adjustment and i know the manual shift model's get better fuel mileage than the Auto's !.....

 

Hope mine gets a little better anyway but not a big deal. I'm still on the break in on mine too so i haven't change my oil & filter yet either.
