2000 300 4x4 Idling issue?

2000 300 4x4 Idling issue?
My 2000 Will idle high sometimes... The weird part is that it only does it in Neutral... When it is put into gear the idle is fine... Ride it for a while... Put it back in neutral it will idle fine for a bit then wind up... Why would this only happen in Neutral?
