Hello all, new here, nice place.

I have a 94? Arctic Cat Bearcat 454 4x4 that I am working on for a coworker. He just got it and is trying to get it straightened out - it's had a rough life it seems. I'm looking for a wiring diagram for this bike or something close to it to help trace down the wiring - which has been butchered.....hahaha. There's a long list of problems with this thing among them: bike starts with or without the key, key turns on the fan but seems to turn a little slow, none of the indicator lights work and something is draining the battery - for starters - hahaha. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

 

I picked up a factory service manual for my 1999 500 (basically the same machine as the Bearcat) off of ebay for under $20 and frequently see them there for the old 454's as well. Tell your co-worker to "buck it up" so you can do the job for him. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
