anyone try a power chip? I was going to put one on my 07 700. They have them on ebay

I put one on my 05 650 V2 and I love it.

 

what will I gain...low, high end? Throtle response? Worth it?

Not yet I haven't. But I think we're looking at the same one on Ebay. I have used chips in both cars and street bikes. Well the bike was a Power Commander and was programable, but it was a great addition.
I put a hypertech in a Camaro and it was wonderful.

If you get a chip, let us know what you think.

 

I bought the "magnum dyno-boost" on ebay. It installed fairly easy with great tech support. I just installed it and can notice better throttle response already and I haven't even fully ajusted it, looking forward to my first ride, I will let you all know.
