Default '05 650 clutch/ belt problem

I have an '05 650 le and the belt is starting to squeal when I decelerate going downhill and when I first start off very slow. I have ordered a new super duty belt and heavier spring from EPI but have not torn it apart yet. Does anyone know if there is any type of adjustment on the engine brake? When I first take off there is a noise that comes from the area of the engine brake actuator that sounds like an actuator (Makes sense), then the bike seems to hook up more solidly with the clutch. I mostly use it to pull a small trailer and putt around our woods. The bike only has 400 miles on it and I run it very easy. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Also does anyone know where I can get a decent service manual for the engine? My dealer quoted me $100+ for an oem and said it would take a couple of months to get it. Thanks again.

you can usually find the manual cd's on ebay for like $20 or so. you might wanna check the belt deflection before you replace it. belt could still be good, just need to tighten it up some. you can also adjust the weight of the rollers by drilling them out little by little. There's ALOT of reading on this type of stuff on arcticchat.com and highlifter.com...
