Default Neutral Start

I have a 2003 Artic Cat 250cc 4x4 and when ever I start it has to be in neutral. This is a good safety feature but I would like to be able to choose wheather I want to start it in gear or not. There must be a couple wires somewhere I can cross to make it start in gear if I want. Has anyone done this or know which wires if any I can cross to do this. Any info will be appreciated. Thank, Lou

I have tried that, don't work. My manual says it has to be in neutral.

If you bypass the neutral safety switch won't the neutral light stay on? If so you could wire in a push button in to temporary bypass the switch. Mount it on the handlebars or anywhere easy to reach. Thanks.
