Bigger tires for 300 4X4
#11
I don't want to stir up a bee's nest, but my 300 barely has enough power in 1st gear low range now, in fact at times if you jam a tire it won't turn them. Haveing to go to super low a lot would be a pain! I think your better off to raise front suspension a little & keep stock size. Just my opinion but I have been stuck & had to go to super low to move the tires.

I Know someone that pulls 26x9.5x12/27x10x12 Vamps on his 300 with no power mods and he says he never NEED superlow in mud, but he does use it when he feels like it. He also told me 4th gear is faster than 5th gear in High range.
