Hello All,

Went shopping today with my Wife, and we went into the Gander Mountain store in Charleston, WV. She was looking at hiking shoes, so I wandered back to the powersports area of the store. Talking with one of the employees there, I was informed that Gander Mountain was closing ALL of their powersport areas in every store. This includes Artic Cat, and whatever brands of boats they are carrying. He informed me that they thought of just closing powersports in the poor performing stores, but then pulled the rug out from all of them. I was lucky enough to have purchased from another dealer who is still going strong, but I don't know how many of you might have bought from Gander Mountain. Just wondering what this will do for some of you also as far as warranty work or AC parts.

If you purchased from Gander Mountain, you might want to follow up with them about this situation. Hopefully things will work out for any of you affected by this. I pray for all of our sakes that this financial crisis does not get any worse for any of us.

I'm not surprised really. I wouldn't think of going to Gander to get a wheeler to be honest. They're just kind of fun to look at there. I'm sure that the warranty work could be done at another AC dealer though. Guess I'm glad that I didn't get that job in the power-sports department at our Gander here! haha!
