My dad has a 04 650 and broke his choke lever. i told him to just take the plastic off and see how to fix it but he wants a manual. anyone know where to get one for free, i found them for my wheelers but that was a while ago and i'm having a hard time finding them anymore. i guess even the manufacturers are scared of pirates.

I have a 04 650 v2 and my chock cable broke as well. Take off the air box and side panels and you will see a round cylinder that 3 cables come out 1 to the chock lever and the other 2 of them separate one to each crab. The cable that comes from the lever usually brakes in the cylinder. I think your best bet is to buy a new one. I tried making a new cable and I had nothing but trouble with it. I think it is worth the $100 to replace it with a new one.
