Hi Stitchzr2, I think that the north slope is way up past the arctic circle. for some reason prudo bay or barrow comes to mind. Irichard is from alaska too maybe he will see this post and can answer better than i can. if it is for law enforcement ,like a state trooper, i know that for thier first year on the force they have to spend it up in that area then they can go to a more hospitalble part of the state. if you come up here it will be an adventure. good luck to you

 

I'm 49 maried with 2kids, one of each. Only one at home though. I live in Boise Idaho, I repair consumer electronics, TV, microwaves and such. We have just about all types of riding here, If you want mud you have to find it in the spring. Idaho is mostly desert and mountains. We have some really great dunes here. At St Anthonys there are 35 sq miles of sand dunes, on this side of the state we have a small area of about 2 sq miles just north of a little town called Weiser.I fish and hunt for just about anything that's in season, and coyotes all year long. Elk, Deer, and Bear are all happen in the fall, hunting depression sets in in the early part of the year so that's why I fish.

I was a minehunting Sonarman in the Navy, hence the name minehunter.

 

I'm a 33 year old Quality Auditor for a large gray iron foundry here in Waupaca, Wisconsin. I ride my AutoCat, shoot, hunt.

 

I am a single 26 year old residential counselor for a boys home in Wheeling, West Virginia, but I am taking classes to become an Autocad drafter. Maybe, I'll try to get a job with Irichard.

Hi guys. I'm up in Whitehorse in the Yukon Territory, Canada. I'm 42, married, 2 girls, 1 dog. My wife also has a Polaris 350 and we all go riding and camping together. I also do a lot of fishing, hunting (moose, sheep, caribou), and just plain exploring on the ATV any chance I get. Been here 10 years now and there are so many places left to explore I wish I was retired so I'd have more time!
It's getting time to trade up the old Polaris and I'm really liking all the good info info I'm getting from you guys. I think I'll be window shopping for a while though since my wife wants the kithen renovated. Ouch! Big bucks.
