Can a performance CDI be purchased for the Thundercats?
I found a Speedwerx Clutch Kit for $200can, and an HMF exhaust for $300can
Anything else performance wise?
I noticed there is a lot more selection for the 700's

Any place online where I can get a Roller Fairlead that will bolt up to the holes on the mount that comes on the Arctic Cats???
I got a RUNVA 3500lb winch and the failead isnt wide enough to line up with the holes...
Everything else lines up tho...

Hey yammy i have searched for 2 years looking for a performance cdi and have had no luck. I sent you a message yesterday about what i did to improve things. I am not sure if you got it so i will post it again for you. I run CPR7EA-9 PLUGS which make it run a little leaner. They come very rich from the factory so this helps clean it up a bit until someone comes out with a CDI. Hope this helps you . Oh ya, we are going to try to get some pictures on for you today!

There is a snapping noise in or around the right rear wheel on my TCAT when I make sharp right turns (ie that wheel is on the inside)
It does not do it when making the opposite turn (no noise in either wheel)
Noise was present before I installed larger tires as well

There has also been a clunk in my handle bars (which appears to be coming from right under the cluster where those 4 bolts are) since I bought it
I have informed my dealer and am taking it back sometime b4 Xmas to have checked out
You can feel it when making turns or traveling over rough trails now and then
I checked those 4 bolts and all are secure

Sounds like you have a boned axle, that is exactly what mine did and we put the new one in and problem solved, plus it is very simple.

You replaced the axle?
Was that covered by warranty?
I have only had mine a month and it has 110 miles on it

Yes i replaced the complete axle. It was covered under warranty. You might notice that having the bigger wheels will cause this if you are doing alot of bottom end acceleration.
