I have an 03 ac 400 4x4 and i am having problems with getting a spark i replaced the coil and that didn't help most of the time can get any spark out of it but when it does it very random and it only does it once or twice.

Sounds like it could be a bad ground or some bare wires somewhere. I would check all the wiring harnesses for places where they could have been rubbing or have been pinched. Also check the ground wires where they are connected to the frame. What condition is the plug wire in?

Yes the plug wire is in good shape it came new with the coil. Could it have anything to do with the flywheel and stator? I have heard these models are prone to having the magnets come out of the flywheel. I have already had to replace the flywheel and stator on this atv once but it was under warranty then but the atv is not acting the same way as it did then. When that happened it had no spark at all.
