Not any more than other performance exhausts (at least not substantially) AND...unless you also add a less restrictive air cleaner and rejet it, you won't gain anything.
HMF is a good pipe, but be sure to get the optional "quiet core" or it will be too loud

I like my HMF Swamp XL
I bought a quiet core and put in it and it sounded TERRIBLE so I sold that
Now just have the pipe and S/A and it sounds great
Not too loud, lots of grunt...
I also put on a UNI and next to get the most out of it a Power Commander V
