Hi i have a 2004 arctic cat 250 and i cant get it out of low range can u help me

For what its worth, my wifes 06 400 has over 4000 miles on it with the original belt. She rides hard and it almost never goes in low range. This is a great machine! It does sound like it revs high before it takes off, but it will run about 40 -45 at 9000 feet. Once you get it dialed in, I hope you really enjoy it! Frank.
