A riding buddy of mine has a 04 or 05 AC400 4x4 IRS manual shift ATV that a stick has torn the rear outer cv boot, does anyone have a repair manual that outlines the R&R procedure to the rear axle boot along with the assembling torque specs???
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Are you referring to the ball joint castle nut or the axle nut???
I'm kinda like a book worm, do most things by the book, I never have liked the bite of murphy's law has bitten in the past for not torquing/over torquing to specs...
Thanks for the reply.

I know the axle nut is at 70, for the H1 anyway. The ball joints should be at 30, if my memory serves... Which sometimes it doesn't...
Go back to that fourm I linked to and there is a place to download the 2004 manual right from the site. It will have your info in there. Good luck.

Thanks so much, surely the 650 suspension/axle torque specs will be close! Surely!!!
Once again Thanks, this community of ATVers is the best regardless of ride, brand, transmission, cc's, etc.
We are blessed to have so much communication and shareable information in amongst the mix.
By the way you ought to check out nyroc's ATV website sometime if you haven't already at http://atv.dnsalias.com/ in the forums section.
