Default arctic cat 375

i have an 02 arctic cat 375 4x4 that wont start with the push buuton. I have checked for power to the switch, changed solenoid, checked starter and it still wont start with the switch. I can start it with a screwdriver by touching the solenoid. There is now power from the 1 wire on the solenoid to the top of the starter. I changed that wire and still no power. What am i missing?

Did you check the fuse inside right rear fender?Iused to remove this fuse as security precaution...it will not start without the fuse.

There is a neutral starting relay, but dont know where it is physically on machine. For future consideration, there is a 2 wire plug high up along the steering column when if loose will prevent "start in gear feature" but should still start in neutral.
