Find your waterpump.
There's a 10mm bolt w/washer tapped into the very bottom of it. Pull your rad cap off, and take the bolt out. Your anti-freeze will drain NP.
When refilling tighten the bolt (carefull...it's aluminum!) top off the rad and fire up the machine. As the machine runs it will suck the anti-freeze down/thru. Keep adding till the rad is topped off the machine is up to temperature AND the cooling fan kicks in. THis will ensure that all the air is out of the system.
Re-install the rad cap. Your done.

Okay, now I have a stupid question. Should the coolant be diluted? Is there a special type to use? (oh I guess that's two stupid questions)
I dumped the old stuff and put in pre-mixed rad fluid. Today I took it for a spin down the alley. I was out less than 10 minutes. It didn't sound right so i came home. When I turned it off the fan ran for about 10 minutes.
That is so odd. My girl could go for a whole day without over-heating.
Thanks
