Default '07 650H1 back tires spinning

We just changed the cam chain and some related parts. After putting everything back together... the thing wants to take off as soon as you turn it on. When (while on the ground riding) you apply the brakes... the front brakes work, but the back tires keeping spinning. They will not stop. You also have to turn it off now to change gear.
We figure something is wrong in the clutch box and have taken the cover back off. Any suggestions on what could be causing this and what we should be looking for?
Thanks in advance.

Sounds like something on the primary clutch (the one on the engines crankshaft) is not right. Or it could also be the idle too high like he mentioned, but I would think that would be pretty noticeable.
