I have a 1998 arctic cat atv with starting/starter problem. Hard to describe accurately. When turning over the starter stops and then may or may not go again. Also when using the rope it sometimes can't be fully pulled the full length, basically stops. Acts like it could be a compression relief or advanced timing problem. Does the 1998 have compression release and is the timing adjustable? Could the problem be something else? This ATV has been problem free so I don't have a service manual. Thanks if you can help. Roger
