Default replacement carb for 97 bearcat

hello, thank you all in advance for any help you are able to give me. i wound up with a 97 bearcat that needs a replacement carb. the bst 34-209 is getting very hard to find. the only one i have found so far is out-of-sight on price, can anyone tell me what to look for as a replacement carb?

Don't know if any of this may help.. Found something here that one guy posted.
"Does anyone know which carburetor they used on the 1996 454 Bearcat. The operators manual shows a Mikuni BST31. All of the parts places show a BST34-209. I seem to remember the dealership putting a new carb on the machines due to a starting problem. Are these the same carb with the only diff being the primer?? Trying to buy parts to fix a rich/plug fouling problem."

Plus found one on ebay, don't know if it even looks like yours or even if the cables would work,etc..
