I have a 98 Artic Cat with full time 4 wheel drive and only one side is working? what could issue be?

 

Unless you have the newer cats you only get one wheel drive in 4x4 from the front.. When the tire bogs down the power will switch to the other tire. Just like a 4x4 truck. Don't think ac put the locker in the front till sometime in 2000
