I have a 97 Arctic Cat Bearcat 454. It won't run at high rpm unless I have the ignition switch turned to the lights on position, or if I pull the brake hand lever. If it's running bad and I pull the brake lever, it smooths right out and runs fine. Also, if it's running bad and I turn the ignition switch to the lights on position, it smooths right out and works fine. Please help

 

I am working on 96 Arctic cat 454 bearcat wondering if anyone ever figured out why the pressing the brake or key switch in second position affected how the engine runs
