I have a new AC 250 4x4 that is getting close to the point (20 hours of run time) where the valve clearance needs to be checked and was wondering if anyone here has the procedure for doing this that they can post so I don't have to go buy a service manual.

Eh' the procedure is really very simple, remove everything nessessary to gain access to the cylynder head cover, remove the cover, set the crankshaft at TDC on the compression stroke. Measure and adjust the valves. This is ussually done with the engine cold. Some one may be able to provide the exact spec's for clearance on that motor, but in a pinchjust set them for .005"
