I am looking at a 2000AC 500 4x4 automatic with 2300 miles. In pretty good shape. What is it worth?

I'd have to swag bewtween $2500-3000. Regardless of price it's former life is more important in determining what's left of it's remaining life, ( 20,000 more miles or a deteriorating 1500??? )
