I have a 2001 300 and I noticed it likes to 3 wheel alot in the mud and snow. Is there any kind of locker on the market?

Thanks!

Matt

It is allready installed all you need to do is adjust the 2-4 wheel lever and you can have 2,3,and 4 wheel drive. This is only on the 01 and earlier 250 & 300 models. If you do a search you can find detailed instructions. I have done this on my sons 01 250 4x4 and it is amazing.

I agree with ya there on it being amazing. I have gones places my riding budies can't go on there Kodiak's and Big Bear 4x4's and some of the places that I can crawl through, they have to go wide open to make it. When the 250 4x4 is locked in and put in low range, it's not many places it won't go and the 300 should be the same way.

I searched and found that it looks like all you have to do is adjust the shifter so it will pull out farther. I will have to take a look in the daylight and see what I can find. The post looked like the mod was for the old cable type 4wd selector- will it work for my style?
