Well, i havn't posted on here in a while. I've been monitering the boards though. I have
to say im pretty impressed with the new 500i, Congrats to all the new owners since i've last been on here, you've purchased the toughest machine out there.

Well my '98 AC (bought in fall of 97) is still kicking. After several roll overs
3 being major, the ole Cat is still purring. The only things that have failed
(that was not caused by a rollover, or my driving) is that the front left ball joint and water pump seal had to be replaced. After one of the rollovers i had to replace the handle bars, front
left shock and brake handle. The things that have had to be replaced by being worn out
by my driving style: replaced all 4 shocks, new front brakes, new set of tires,
and 3 front boots.
That suzuki engine might not be the fastest thing out there but i'm estimating
it has over 3500 miles on it and countless hours of idling in the mud & water...maybe more (my speedo got ripped off during a roll)
A couple of new spark plugs a year and its happy.

Well when i get enough $$$ i'll see if that new 500i holds up as well.

later
