I've not seen the commercial but I don't like it. I would venture to say that a vast majority of their sales are from sportsman. Jeep has always been marketed toward sportsman since their inception. What, are they trying to cater to "PETA" heads now?? I'll stick with FORD anyway...

Ford isn't any better. Last year they donated over 5 million to green groups such as the Sierra Club and the Audobon Society.
It seems no matter where you turn one large manufacturer or the other will cater to the greens because it seems they have the money and want the ego trip to have the biggest vehicle on the road.

Ford wants to sell off road vehicles, but the groups that they donate money to do not want you anywhere off the roads and they also wish to close some of the roads that already exist. To me, there is a difference between respecting the enviroment and completely closing it to off road recreation such as the Sierra Club and the Audobon Society want.

<< I don't know why you guys get so bent out of shape about this, I don't hunt and think its unfair to animals. What if the animal could shoot back, then that would be hunting !! >>
i remember when my uncle took me deer hunting...the deer stood there and it got shot. it was great. i'm not a fan of deer hunting with rifles but a bow is cool. bird hunting is also somewhat fair.
