Our club went riding on saturday and there was a lot of water. every time I splashed into a puddle my cat would die like I had just shut it off. Now I know that the water is shorting out my spark I just don't know where the problem is occuring. If anyone has had this problem could you please send me in the right direction. The riding season is apon us and I don't want to spend the next month troubleshooting the problem. Thank you in advance for any help.

Try putting some dielectric grease in the sparkplug boot then put the plug wire back on. You can get it at any automotive parts store some call it tune up grease.

Cats never did like water. Just try giving one a bath. The claw, spit and scratch at everything.
Actually do what mudcat47537 said, and that should take care of the problem.

A spark plug boot full of mud would make contact with the water sitting in the plug recess. I cleaned out the boot and put in a glob of dioelectric grease. Hope this rectifies the problem! Does anyone know where to get longer wheel studs? I put on my aluminum rims with a thickness of .195 and only have 3-4 threads left. I have a fiend making me new ones this weekend, i just thought someone would sell them for all the aftermarket rims that are available. I figure if the people on this forum don't know, than they just don't make them.
