I have a 99 3004x4.There is a small amount of play in the upper joint on both sides.I called the dealer on this issue and they said it is "normal" and not a concern.I noticed the play when the machine had about 300 miles on it.It now has roughly 600.Should these be replaced?................

 

Hey Andy, any idea how many miles on your uncle's 454? Has he had any other problems like backfiring, etc.?
