The new quads are great, weather and job makes it hard to ride. But it is going to just get better!!!. I have a question? Does anyone have the template for the stick stoppers for the 2K 500 AC and will it fit the 2K 300 front and rear? If it is the same that would be great. If anyone could send the measurments I will make some and give them a try. Thanks everyone, You people are the BEST!!!!

Glad you enjoy the new 'Cat's! Sorry, can't help with a template, I bought my stick stoppers from Cycle Country for around $40 I think. I was thinking though, that if you took a piece of cardboard, or even some thick, or doubled up aluminum foil, you could kind of shape them the way you want them to fit, then build your good ones from the "mold". Would that work? They are only attached with one U-bolt to each side of the A-arm, should be easy to make. I'd just make sure they clear everything during full wheel travel, and turning, so nothing binds up.

Good luck!

Were you able to order directly through Cycle Country or do you have a dealer around you? I can't seem to find how to order on line on thier web site. Maybe one of my local ATV dealers can order from them but I'd rather order direct and cut out the middle man.

VtCatamount:
Actually, when I bought the 'Cat's, the dealer gave me a big break on them, so I just got them from him. If you go to www.hi-per.com, they've got a list of tons of different manufacturer's, and all kinds of atv products. You may be able to find the stick stoppers there. I tell you though, if you can find them, they are a great investment. Mine have already paid for themselves a couple times over now, by preventing numerous sticks, and even some barbed wire from tearing up my cv boots!

Good luck!
