I had the same problem on my 500i with the rear seal leaking, at about 150 miles. Got it warrantied. Its got near 400 now and no more problems. My brake also did the same thing until I stripped out the brake lever when I was putting it back on after installing a new handlebar. (shouldn't climb ditch banks with a wife on at the same time.) My dealer warrantied that also. Its good to have an awesome dealer. Since the replacement of the brake lever now more pumping the brakes. My theory is that using the parking brake causes the problem. You have to pull so hard to set it. Havn't used it with the new lever and havn't had any problems.
