Default Honest Advice needed

Hi guys! I've vdone some searching on this board but need more advice. You see, I just won a 2002 AC 300 4x4. The thing is, I'm not sure it's big enough for how I ride. How is it in the mud? I imagine the ride is comfortable...
I need your opinions on the bike because up here, there is too much snow right now to go out and give it a good ride. I need opinions from guys who've given this bike a beating.
I currently own a 2000 Honda 350 4x4 and find it really lacks power in the mud. As soon as you go to 2nd gear, the motor doesn't seem to have enough power. I know the independant rear suspension and select tranfer case on the AC are enough reason to sell my Honda, but should I upgrade to an AC 400 instead?
By the way, I have 25x8 and 25x10 on the Honda. I think those tires, as stated by CatCrazy, would also be appropriate for the Cat 300.
Thanks in advance!

Theres not much power there, I know I have 1, If you have the opertunity to upgrade to the 400 go for it. Neither 1 has the locking diff option, but either 1 is a big improvment on a Hondas lack of amentities.

Hey man! I did say the tires were appropriate but you must stagger them. I have 25 10 12 on the front and 26 12x12 on the rear. Maxxis Mudzilla

As far as power do you mean speed? If so no it has no speed. And if you mud like i do I have to stay in first or 2nd gear in low or most the time granny low to get through it. the 300 is a great bike!,but alot of times it takes RPMs to get you through it or momentum. Good tires definatley help but even with stock tires i couldnt gain enough momentum like the bigger bikes could and would wind up haing to back up go forward and so on. Dont get me wrong it will hang with the big boys! but it takes more work to do it. Also this bike will out pull any bike ive seen. The granny low in it makes it possible. You cannot get over 2 to 3 mph in granny low in first gear. Im looking at the 500i manual to tell you the truth. its unstopable, Ive seen it in action
