I run 1st 2nd and 3rd,just depends

I have the 03 i more power than any honda, bottom line is they cant touch me and i make it fun for all of them, becasue when im the last or first to go through the hole, they try to go through it and even the polaris with plenty of wheel spin cant make it. It builds a challenge for every one else! and i have hurt alot of poele feelings with my little weak no wheel spin having AC 500i

Yah I know I contradict myself to much, just hard to get my point across. I don't like to go back to my old posts and see what I said, it takes to much time. Anyways, I'm just trying to explain my situation and how I feel about my kitty. Its not what I thought it would be when I bought it.

Anyways, I'll probably be getting a P650 or just sell my 500i and forget 4x4 quads and just play with my sport quad. Good luck with your kitty and when it busts a rear axle shaft don't say I didn't warn you.

bbertram- I wished you would hurry and buy that p650 and go start complaining on the Kawasaki forum. Because you do not have the ability to better your 02 500i, you constantly whine about all 500i's.

If you would spend half as much time thinking about fixing your dislikes of the 500i as you do whining about breaking axles, you could be a much happier person.

If you don't like the power, get a big bore kit. If you don't like the axles, get Gorillas. If you want to skim across the mud, put skis on it. But it is much easier to get on here and cry aint it.

I ride with 2 p650s with 28 laws and can tell you yes they will out run me on the street but even they will tell you they can't hang with the 500i in the mud or on the trails. I broke an axle also but I have seen the p650s as well as all other brands break many axles.

Please do us all a favor and get a p650 ASAP.

WE NEED A FORUM FOR BBERTRAM CALLED WAAAAAAAH!!!!!!

The bikes are specd for STOCK. Im sure you understand that big meats and lift kits can and will break stuff. I could never be mad at AC if i put big meats and lifted my machine and parts started breaking. That would be entirely my fault and directly caused by a mod. I looked at the pics of your machine and its far from stock on the wheel end of things. You may have just got a lemon, it does happen.

vewdew: Its true I may have gotten a lemon, the mechanic at the dealership did say there were some defective axles on some of the early 500is and I did break both sides. They are now both replaced with supposedly good ones but I can't chance that. I don't have a lift but I'm sure the extra width I have on the rear does something to help break my kitty.

Olddirtybastard: Yes it is easier to cry on the forum than it is to spend $1500 on parts so that my 500i will not break anymore, where as my dad's Quadrunner 500 had the exact same tires on it and it never complained once. Thats my beef.

I'm not saying the Praire's will do better in the mud or not have problems but I am saying for me the Praire will be more reliable.

I did enjoy reading your post, it was comical and I won't take it personal like to many people do on these forums.

Everyone: I only go through this WAAAAAAAH!!!!!! stage when I drive my kitty, it then reminds me of the bad things it did to me on the trail. I don't do this often, just in spurts. Check back in the fall time frame and you will see this WAAAAAAAH!!!!!! posting again. I'm almost done venting, once I get my P650 then venting will be all over and someone else can vent.

BB i can see your point, and ya taking things personal on a forum is just dumb. Dont blame you for not wanting to chance it. Nothing worse than having to tell your riding buds you "waiting for parts, the bike is broke" Id just buy heavy duty axles and got from there. Why? It will be WAY cheaper than finacing a new machine.
