Any kind of mod for the front diff. I know damn good and well with the horse power and toque these new cats have theres not much out there that will out do it. I have a brake mod on my cat that makes the wheel that has the traction pull, and it has pulled me through more S*&t than i have ever thought possible. So I know that if the brake mod works this well, Welding the front ot putting a howie locker on it has got to be ClASS A BAD TO THE BONE. You guys wouldnt believe the stuff i went through on Saturdays ride"Pics comming soon" I was awsome theres nothing more i can say!!!

Dude, you were ragging on that thing hard a week ago. It must have really helped. What did you do with the rear brake? Does your other lever control the front left and the rear?
I wonder if you could have ran a completely different brake line to the rear and then used the splitter thing on your new line to power both front brakes with it. Pretty good idea on splitting the brakes.

OK HERES THE SCOOP
This is for the right hand brake
#1 Find you a yamaha right side hand brake with a Master C. That works
#2 Find you a long brake line " about 50 inches with the bajo fittings at each end.
#3 make sure you get a bajo nut which should be attached to the master C.
#4 Make sure both washers are on the banjo nut.
Ok remove the stock brake line from the junction under your cowe.
Then remove the bajo nut from the right brake caliper.
Then take that line and put it up somwhere so you cab find it later if you want to change it bake to stock.
Next install the new hand brake
Next run your new brake line through the cowe where all your other stock lines are running.
Attach the brake line to the caliper with the bajo nut,
Next attach the top bajo nut to the Master C.
Bleed your right line and the right side is done!!!
Left side
Where you removed the stock line fron the Junction, either go to napa and take with you the stock line that came from the junction. Tell them to match you up a brass fitting plug. You will need 2 of them. Go home and remove the line that runs to the rear brake.
Next take both plugs and install them in to the openings where you removed the stock lines and BOOM your done!!!!
Now if nappa cant match you up a fitting.
Dont PAnic!
Find you a small nail, one that you hang pictures up with. Ones that have a regular, small nail head on it, Insert the nail with the point of the nail facing away from the openings in the junction. "slide nail into line"
Next screw in your lines back into the junction. Take your left over line that is just hanging"the stock line to the right front brake" tape up the banjo fitting so dirt will not collect in it, then curl it up and tape it or zip tie it up and out of the way.
The tack will stop all the fuid from going to the rear brake and stock front brake line.
And BOOM YOU ARE DONE
Any question?
CLASS DISMISSED!!!
Hope this helps
Oh yea. You need to go to a atv salvage yard if you have one. I got all of my parts from a salvage shop for less than 90.00
The take will stopp all fuid from going to the rear line

WHEN THE TIRE THAT IS UP IN THE AIR JUST SPPINNG DOESNT GIVE YOU TRACTION,JUST SLOW THE TIRE DOWN AND GRAB THAT BRAKE AND IT ALLWS YOUR LEFT TIRE TO START PULLING
GOING OVER LOGS AND LARGE STUMPS THIS MOD REALLY COMES IN HANDY
BUT YOU CANT JUST GRAB THE BRAKE WHEN THE TIRE IS SPINNG AT FULL THROTTLE, YOU WILL TEAR YOUR DIFF UP. YOU MUST CONTROLL YOURSELF AND CAREFULLY WORK IT

After I welded my front diff, I went riding with a couple of friends. They could not believe how bad the cat is now. After pulling a grizzly out of bad rack deep mud, The Cat would go through it without even spinning a tire. It almost doesn't seem fair to the competition. The locked Cat will make you feel invincible.
