It's a newer carb in my manual so the top left is the starter jet ,Top right is the slow jet and the bottom outside the boul is the pilot air screw 2 turns out +/- 1/4 turn.

 

HEY BUB YOU GOT WATER IN YOUR GAS CHANGE THE GAS IN YOUR TANK DRAIN THE CARB BLOW OUT YOUR MAIN PUT IN NEW GAS FROM THE PUMP IT MIGHT RUN ROUGH FOR ABIT TEN MINUTE BUT SHE;LL COME BACK TO LIFE

 

hey listen to that manmudcat he seems pretty smart I just finnished having same problem i check everything that i could check with a tester and coulndn,t figure it out till a little bird told me about the water in the gas even though i put alcohol in my gas to protect from water[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
